Addition Information-We custom-built our home and are reluctantly selling it due to a job change. It is ready to move in. It's location is very private and quiet. We are the only house presently in the back section of Mallard Landing. The lot backs up to Highland Hills Dr, which offers 2 roads for access. The Mallard Landing entrance is gated with a security code.
